Planting Trees

Evergreen Trees

Evergreen trees have their foliage during all seasons. Most of your conifers (pine, hemlocks, blue spruce) are evergreens. The most common evergreen tree in our area is the Leland Cypress. The majority of the evergreens in our area are used for screening and privacy barriers, but several evergreens, such as the Arizona Cypress "Blue Ice" or Blue Atlas Cedar, make excellent standalone trees. The following are just a few of the evergreen trees we offer:

• Leland Cypress
• Yoshino Cryptomeria
• "Little Gem" Magnolia
• Brackens Brown Magnolia
• Nellie "R" Stevens Holly

• Emerald Green Arborvitae
• Green Giant Arborvitae
• Arizona Cypress "Blue Ice"
• Arizona Cypress "Carolina Sapphire"

Flowering Trees

Flowering trees are deciduous trees that also produce a flower. The most common flowering tree in our area is the Crape Myrtle. Flowering trees are used for a wide variety of purposes, from screening and privacy barriers to an attractive addition to your landscape. Some of our popular flowering trees include:

• Autumn Brilliance Serviceberry
• Cherokee Princess Dogwood
• Forest Pansy Redbud

• Kwanzan Cherry
• Prairie Fire Dogwood

• Natchez Crape Myrtle
• Dynamite Crape Myrtle
